Bayside Brokk of Lanokk ShCM X Multi-Ch Zoldmali Alma

Bitch CC winner and Best of Breed – Welsh Kennel Club Championship Show, August 2012

Csoda

Csoda joined us from Hungary in March 2011 aged nine months, and to say we are delighted with her would be an understatement. Daughter of our Brokk (Pedigree/Dog World Top HWV 2007) and Multi-Ch Zoldmali Alma, Csoda is a dream addition to our family. “Csoda” is Hungarian for “miracle”.

We were thrilled when Zsofia Miczek of the well-known Zoldmali Kennel in Budapest asked to use Brokk at stud, and even more so to be entrusted with this special girl. Csoda is beautifully put together, with a lovely head and super wire coat. She is a calm, loving and a loyal companion. Yet her hunting and pointing instincts are strong, and she is an absolute joy to watch working on the mountain.

She is also a pleasure to show and has had many successes from the outset. Just six weeks after she joined us from Hungary, Csoda was awarded Best Puppy in Show at the HWVA’s first ever championship show. The following weekend she won Reserve Best Puppy in Show at a gundog open show, then the next day Puppy Group 1 and Reserve Best Puppy in Show at an all group open show.

From Junior she won a Gundog Group 3, and a Reserve Best in Show at an all group open show. In March 2012 Csoda was awarded the Elmsall Shield for “Best Import” in the 2011/12 HWVA awards. A further Gundog Group 1, 2 x Gundog Group 4 have followed, a championship show Reserve Best Bitch and in August 2012 Csoda took the Bitch CC and Best of Breed at Welsh Kennel Club Championship Show.

Csoda gained her Kennel Club Show Certificate of Merit in May 2014, six years after her sire Brokk did the same.

Csoda is hip scored and HUU tested.
